BiddyUp Auction Co. sends recurring automated marketing and auction-alert text messages — including new-auction announcements, items of interest, and reminders — to subscribers who opt in.
Opting in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and submitting the registration form on biddyup.com/register. The form states that, by submitting, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and auction-alert text messages from BiddyUp at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will stop sending messages. To rejoin, sign up again at biddyup.com/register.
